Il offre la plus grande capacit\u00e9 de s\u00e9paration des gaz et des liquides. La taille de l'empreinte peut varier d'une application \u00e0 l'autre. Nous avons la version SR compl\u00e8te pour les d\u00e9bits de production plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s et notre version LT plus compacte pour les d\u00e9bits plus faibles \u00e0 moyens.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque skid Accuflow est con\u00e7u sur mesure pour r\u00e9pondre aux conditions de d\u00e9bit de mesure de votre proc\u00e9d\u00e9.<\/p>\n\t<h2>Comment cela fonctionne-t-il ?<\/h2>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me de comptage multiphas\u00e9 brevet\u00e9 de la s\u00e9rie Accuflow 2-phase se compose d'une section de tuyau verticale et d'une section de tuyau horizontale reli\u00e9es entre elles comme indiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le fluide multiphasique (p\u00e9trole, eau, gaz) entre tangentiellement dans la conduite verticale, cr\u00e9ant une action cyclonique dans la conduite o\u00f9 une majorit\u00e9 du gaz est s\u00e9par\u00e9e et s'\u00e9coule vers le haut. Le reste du gaz est transport\u00e9 sous le courant liquide (p\u00e9trole et eau) et entre dans la conduite horizontale o\u00f9 le gaz est compl\u00e8tement s\u00e9par\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le niveau du liquide dans le tuyau horizontal est contr\u00f4l\u00e9 au centre du tuyau \u00e0 l'aide d'une vanne de contr\u00f4le situ\u00e9e dans la conduite de gaz. La grande surface d'interface gaz\/liquide, la fine couche d'\u00e9mulsion gazeuse et le flux de repos dans le tuyau horizontal contribuent tous \u00e0 l'\u00e9limination efficace des bulles de gaz
